Account Bans
Helios may temporarily or permanently ban an account when a user violates platform policies or engages in behavior that puts other users or the platform at risk.While a ban is active, you will not be able to sign in or access your Helios account.
This article explains why bans are issued, how long they may last, and what to do if you believe a ban was applied in error.
Accounts may be banned for reasons including:
