How to Change Your Password
Overview
You can update your Helios password at any time from your account settings. You will need to know your current password to complete this process. If you have forgotten your password, use the Forgot Password flow on the login page instead.
How to Change Your Password
- Go to your Settings and navigate to Manage Account.
- Scroll down to the Change Password section.
- Enter your Current Password in the first field.
- Enter your New Password in the second field. Your new password must be at least 8 characters long.
- Click Save.
- Your password is updated immediately. Use your new password the next time you sign in.

Your new password must be at least 8 characters. For stronger security, use a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
Do I need to be logged in to change my password?
Yes. The Change Password flow in Manage Account requires you to enter your current password first. If you cannot log in, use the Forgot Password option on the sign-in page to reset your password via email.
Will changing my password log me out of other devices?
Changing your password may end active sessions on other devices. You will need to sign back in with your new password on any device where you were previously logged in.
What if my current password isn't being accepted?
Make sure Caps Lock is off and that you are entering the password exactly as set. If you still cannot proceed, use the Forgot Password option on the login page to reset access to your account.
