Choose how you wish to join: As a Freelancing Expert or As a Helios Customer.

What is the difference between an account and a profile?
A: Your account is used to sign in, manage security settings, and access Helios. Your profile is the public information that represents you or your business on the platform, including your capabilities, experience, services, and other details that help others discover and connect with you.
Can I have both a Business and an Expert account?
A: No. Helios’s Identity Policy permits one account per individual or organization. If your situation requires both business and expert functionality, contact support@helios.supplies to discuss your options.
Can I change my account type after signing up?
A: Contact support@helios.supplies to request an account type change. Note that some profile data and settings may not transfer between account types.
