How to Reset a Forgotten Password

Overview

If you’ve forgotten your password or need to change it for security reasons, the Helios login page includes a self-service password reset flow. Reset links expire after 24 hours.

How to Reset Your Password

1. Go to the Helios login page at helios.supplies.
2. Click Forgot Password below the login form.
3. Enter your registered email address and click Send Reset Link.
4. Check your inbox (including spam and junk folders) for the reset email.
5. Click the Reset Password link in the email. It expires after 24 hours.
6. Enter and confirm your new password. Use a strong, unique password.
7. Click Save New Password.
8. You will be redirected to the sign in page. Enter your credentials and you will be signed in.

Password Best Practices

• Use at least 12 characters with a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols
• Never reuse a password from another platform
• Use a password manager to generate and store strong passwords securely
• Change your password immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
