❓ Frequently Asked Questions
What is a connected session?
A connected session represents a device or browser that is currently signed in to your Helios account.
What information is shown for each session?
Each session displays the device type and browser to help you identify where your account is signed in.
Will revoking a session sign the device out immediately?
Yes. Once a session is revoked, that device must sign in again before it can access your account.
Should I be concerned if I see an unfamiliar session?
Yes. If you don't recognize a session, revoke the session immediately, change your password, and contact support@helios.supplies.
Why are multiple sessions listed for the same device?
A single device may create multiple sessions if you sign in using different browsers, browser profiles, or after previous sessions expire and new ones are created.
How often should I review my sessions?
Review your connected sessions periodically, especially after using a shared computer, traveling, or whenever you suspect unusual account activity.
🔧 Troubleshooting

Immediately revoke the session, then change your account password. If you believe someone accessed your account without permission, contact support@helios.supplies as soon as possible.
My current device doesn't appear
Your session list may take a few moments to update. Refresh the page or sign out and back in if your current session is not displayed.
I revoked a session, but it still appears
Refresh the page and allow a few moments for the session list to synchronize. If the session remains active after several minutes, contact support for assistance.
I was signed out unexpectedly
Your session may have expired due to inactivity, you may have signed out from another device, or an administrator may have revoked your session. Simply sign in again to continue.
