How to Manage Connected Sessions
Overview
Helios allows you to review and manage all active login sessions on your account. Useful if you’ve logged in from multiple devices or suspect unauthorized access.
How to Manage Your Sessions
- Go to your account settings.
- Navigate to Manage Account and scroll to the very end for the Sessions section.
- Review all active sessions. Each shows the device type, browser, and IP address.
- Click Sign Out or Revoke on any session you don’t recognize or no longer need.
⚠️ If you see a session you don’t recognize, log out of it immediately and change your password. Then contact support@helios.supplies to report potential unauthorized access.
