All reports are reviewed by Helios. While submitting a report does not guarantee a specific outcome, every report helps keep the platform safe, professional, and trustworthy for the manufacturing community.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will the person I report know it was me?
No. Reports are handled confidentially, and the reported user is not told who submitted the report.
What information should I include?
Provide the user's profile link, a clear description of what happened, and any supporting evidence such as screenshots, message excerpts, dates, or other relevant details.
What if the situation is urgent?
If you believe there is an immediate risk to your safety, contact your local emergency services first. You should also report the incident to Helios through Chat Support or email as soon as possible.
Can I report a business instead of an individual?
Yes. Include a link to the business profile and explain the issue in your report.
What if my report does not result in action?
Helios reviews every report according to its policies. Not all reports result in visible enforcement action, and we may not always be able to share the outcome.
💡 Tips for Reporting
  • Include as much detail as possible. Screenshots, message excerpts, dates, and other supporting evidence help us investigate more efficiently.
  • Copy and include the user's profile link so we can identify the correct account.
  • Avoid continuing communication with users who are harassing, threatening, or attempting to scam you. Preserve any relevant messages before reporting them.
